Nice space, good appartment

We arrived at 01:30hrs. The code to enter the apartment downstairs did not work. It was that a lady that lived there came in otherwise we would have had no place to stay. There was no way to contact anyone. Via phone they did not pick up via WhatsApp they did not reply. We booked for 3. Towels and bedsheets were not there for the third person. We had several times contact about this situation but it took 2 days before they delivered the things we asked for. Nice place, WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

No support to help getting back my running shoes from the terasse after checkout. Very unpleasant situation.

Locatia, terasa minunata, dormitorul dragut (mai putin tapetul), baia frumoasa, marimea apartamentului.

1. Check in extrem de complicat - mesaje, linkuri, creare cont … totul doar pentru a obtine un cod pentru cheie. 2. Curat … si nu. La prima vedere pare curat, apoi observi in baie, sub calorifer aparat de ras (de unica folosinta), semn ca nici nu s-a trecut cu mopul pe acolo. Asternutul de pe pat parea ca si cum ar fi dormit cineva o noapte, nici curat, nici frumos mirositor, nici calcat si intins, dar nici murdar. Neconvingator, astfel ca am luat din dulap un rand de asternut si am schimbat patul, pentru linistea mea. 3. Bucataria dotata cu tot ce e nevoie, chiar si in plus. Insa sunt gandaci care misuna exact pe politele de sus unde sunt cani, pahare si condimente. 4. Amalgam de obiecte noi si vechi reconditionate, tablouri de toate felurile, totul prea incarcat, tepet cu versuri cel putin ciudate (daca le observi: “Draga Ancuta ia aminte, fi desteapta, fi cuminte. Sa-mi aduci la mormant flori de sute si mii de ori! Iar acum va las pe toti, frate, sora si nepoti! Eu va las pe toti cu bine si sa nu uitati de mine!”) PS inteleg arta, tapetul scump de la VLAdiLA, dar este creepy
