La cercanía al centro

No había aire acondicionado y habían puesto unos ventiladores en techo que el mando no funcionaba. Estuvimos 2 noches y ninguna de ellas pudimos dormir. Coincidió con la semana de calor e incendios y fue una pena. Cuando llegamos estaba todo el lavavajillas lleno y sin limpiar, además al día siguiente tuvimos que ir al lugar donde te entregan las llaves a reclamar también que no habían colocado papel de wc.

2 habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas.

El sofá cama incómodo para sentarse. A pesar de hacer el checking por la tarde, no llegamos al apartamento hasta la noche ( horario de teléfono de emergencias si había algún problema). Nos encontramos que se podía acceder directamente sin introducir la llave y nadie nos lo pudo solucionar, tuvimos que dormir con la angustia de que alguien entrase.

La ubicación, la comodidad de las camas, la limpieza

Two bedrooms and two bath. One on-suite bathroom is tiny. There is hardly room to sit down on the toilet. The location is good, close to the cathedral and bars and restaurants.

We walked with our bags from train station to the hotel address and was told that the apartment is at a different location. It took us another 10 minutes to get to the apartment complex. We had trouble finding the right entrance and then the access code didn't work. I had to call the recepcionist to fix the access. The complex has a gate which requires unlocking both entering and leaving. The day we were leaving, we had to send two people over to the gate to unlock the gate, leaving one person to guard the open gate and sending one person back to drop the key back at the apartment. Remember if you leave after 11 am the designated checkout time, you must leave a person at the apartment so you can re-enter and drop off the key inside the apartment.
