Modern House in Leicester - 4 Beds, Free Parking, Superfast Wifi

A small house but it's nice enough for a short stay. Given it's a terraced house of the time the issues are somewhat to be expected — a little damp, a little cold, and in need of some refurbishment. It's perfectly fine for the price but I wouldn't go as far as saying stylish or modern, and certainly not luxury.

It was immaculate! The property was clean and comfortable, where we could stay as a family, we will definitely stay again.

I would a 100 percent recommend this place. Clear and detailed explanation was given on key collection during check in and key returning during check out. It was very easy. I encountered a small confusion regarding the way to lock the door from inside as it is different from doors in my country but I received fast and clear reply once I emailed a query to solve the issue. The house looked exactly as how it was shown in the pics. The furnitures were top notch. The interior is so beautiful showing the effort placed on the small details to give a homely vibe. The best was the kitchen was so equipped with kitchen utensils and plates and bowls enough for a family to stay. Since my stay was a week long, I really appreciate the kitchen facilities provided as we could cook conveniently. More so, a large grocery store is situated just 7 mins walk away which made it even more easy for us. On top of that, the streets where the house is located is very calm and peaceful for a walk. The WiFi connection was very strong in the house and was so helpful in many ways as well. I loved everything about the house and also the fast and efficient replies by the service provider. Will definitely choose this house again for my next trip to Leicester and recommend it to many others.
