The apartment was clean, well equipped, cozy, and located in a quiet area close to the center. Free parking spots are available very close to the apartment. Access key was easy to get, instructions were clear. Overall, we had a nice stay and the host was kind and responsive.

When we arrived, the room was unfortunately not ready. After contacting the host, we were informed that although the apartment had been cleaned for our arrival, the door code had not been changed, and it appeared that previous guests had returned and stayed without authorization while the apartment was unoccupied. The host handled the situation professionally: he apologized immediately, arranged for a cleaning crew to come right away, and resolved the issue as quickly as possible. That said, the situation left us with a slightly uneasy feeling regarding security, as the code we were given was the host’s personal code rather than a newly changed one. While nothing else went wrong and the stay itself was comfortable, this is something that could be improved in the future. Despite this, the host’s helpful attitude and quick response were much appreciated, and overall we still had a positive experience.

Cozy stay with an excellent bed. Coffee pods and candy were definitely a nice plus. We found free parking spots very close to the apartment. Access key was easy to get, instructions were clear. Close to the city center and shops.

Heating was off when we arrived, but it was easy to turn on and the temperature was comfy in about one hour. The fact that the central heating unit is in the wardrobe in the bedroom is interesting - and can be a bit loud from time to time, but not unbearable. The smoke alarm went off from the shower steam and that was an interesting experience - not complaining, at least we know it works :)

Exceptional cleaning, everything was spotless

Locație relativ aproape de centru, dl. Proprietar cooperant, a răspuns prompt la solicitări, dotat cu ceea ce este necesar. Am solicitat pătut pentru bebe și l am găsit.

Raport calitate- preț nu tocmai echitabil. nu a fost exact pe gustul nostru, locația este amplasata intr o clădire dubioasă, veche. Centrala este in camera, motiv pentru care va trebui să suporți zgomotul. Locația se afla la parter, de asemenea se aud zgomotele ușor din strada. Salteaua comoda, insa somiera cu multe lipsuri, ar putea fi schimbata!!
