Took too long to get hold of the host

The Venue was nice and beautiful

The number provided on the website is not of the owner but of some lady in the other unit, the owner of 147 never sent us the pin to the gate until the lady whose number is on the website assisted us with her own Pin. We waited for about 1hour 30 minutes at the gate, luckily the security was nice and patient with us. There was load shedding for 2 hours and when the power was back the chalet was out of electricity units from 18:00 until we went out to check with the caretaker who wasn't even aware that it was only us who didn't have electricity, he then called the owner who wasn't answering his phone, he only sent him electricity units around 22:00, so for the whole 8 hours we didn't have electricity in the cold😡😤

It accommodates my whole family and next time I will still prefer room number two 😂

There was no proper arrangement for PIN code for the entrance gate. Sometimes the code is wrong and first time we didn’t receive any code and we had to wait for a long time even when the security called them it took them ages to answer and that pissed me off. Again, during load shedding there is no backup. A guesthouse should have a backup option for electricity. We waited for almost 4 hours for electricity to come back.

Waited 40min at entrance as owner did not presend a entry pin code and thie phones were off. Untidy bathroom. No dust bin in room. Photos definitely didnt reflect the view of the expectation it promised.

1) Amos, who is working there, received us and was very friendly. 2) The room was clean. 3) The room is spacious.

1) The room was having a bad smell. 2) There is a smart tv, but we couldn't open any of the apps. 3) it was very cold, and the aircon did work properly. 4) The extra blanket was having a bad smell. 5) The room only had a mirror in the bathroom. It would have been good to have a mirror in the room as well to do your makeup. The bathroom is very small and there is no room for 2 people.

I liked almost everything about the place

The only thing I did not like was requesting access pin every time when we had go out whilst I communicated with our caregiver that we'll need more than one as our weekend was very busy
