Staff were friendly and helpfull,view was great

Dstv not working only told about when asked why tv doesnt work,power failiure,faulty inverter system,no coffee,each bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper available pool not clean upon arrival for the price that I paifd I am very dissapointed

The place is beautiful

Maintenance it's not good, we couldn't use the pool because it was dirty. We asked one of the staff to clean it since Wednesday and it never happened. Toilet not working properly.. Simple things like tissues, dish washer liquid tea bags ect we not provided

I was basically happy about the location, as well as the service received from the staff

I didn't like the fact that we could not access the Wi-fi to connect to the TV and had to basically use the room next door to watch Tv which was dirty and uncomfortable as other tenants had just left, the staff should be shown how to troubleshoot Wi-fi and have answers for visitors

The location is nice and you have access to a pool with nice views

Our room was spider infested. The caretaker killed 4 spiders before we opted to find another place
