We booked and fully paid for this accommodation on the same day because we were arriving very late at night and specifically chose it because it offered self check-in. However, we never received the check-in details. When we tried to contact the host, she did not answer the phone for hours. We finally managed to speak to her around 1:30 AM, after our flight had been delayed, but she refused to let us check in because we arrived later than the check-in time. We spent almost an hour on the phone explaining the situation and begging for help. We were two exhausted women alone at the airport in a foreign country in the middle of the night, one of us pregnant, with nowhere to go. Unfortunately, neither the host nor Booking helped us, and we ended up spending the entire night in the airport because the host refused to provide the self check-in details. The lack of understanding, empathy, and basic support in this situation was extremely disappointing.

Apartament nou, conditii bune

Ново, модерно и чисто. Имаше всичко необходимо.

Трябваше да има по още една възглавница на човек. Бяха ниски за мен.

Apartamentul este foarte modern, curat și confortabil. Este exact ca în poze, finisat elegant, functional. Balconul este spațios și perfect pentru cafeluța de dimineață, iar încălzirea în pardoseală este foarte cozy.
