5BR 2.5BA *Newly upgraded Modern house sleeps 16

Place was decent. It looks recently remodeled which is nice, but the quality of crastmanship was lacking. Large rooms with lots of places to hangout and chat with your group. It was mostly clean but not perfect. Location was decent. Mostly quite besides the constant air traffic which we didn't mind so much, you only hear it when you are outside.

Worst problem was the thermostat. We would set the thermostat to what we wanted and it would change to an eco mode on its own. This made sleeping difficult as we woke up sweating. When we asked the host about the eco mode it was said to be deleted, but the issue kept happening and was very frustrating for us as paying renters to not be able to control the thermostat as we wanted. It was almost as if the host was monitoring it remotely and changing the temp on us to save money (just an assumption I hope that wouldn't be true) The place looks to be remodeled but very poorly done. All the doors stuck which got annoying, one of our older family members actually got stuck in the bathroom downstairs because she was not strong enough to open the door when it was stuck lol. The downstairs bathrooms seemed to be the worst one but they all would stick or squeak really loud. Cleanliness was ok but you could see dirt on the floor when we arrived. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a fan/light fixture, but the pull string was broke to the light so we had to unscrew the light bulbs to be able to run the fan on top of the thermostat making sleeping difficult. We were told to put towels in the washer and start them before leaving, no big deal, except there was no laundry detergent around. Told the host about it to which she gave me the code to the supply closet and asked me to check there, which there was none. Just didn't seem to be managed all that well honestly.
