Tercer año que vamos al mismo sitio, con eso lo digo todo.

Este apartamento está reformado hace poco, un concepto abierto, blanco, luminoso y muy práctico. En general está muy bien, sin embargo precisa algún mantenimiento y reparación de mampara, estores solares, algún mueble....en esta ocasión sí nos hemos encontrado una limpieza deficiente en zonas tan sensibles como la ducha, el baño y la cocina. En general merece la pena, tampoco uno se va a Benidorm para estar en el apartamento, y la ubicación es inmejorable!!!

Poor acwipment in kitchen, broken chairs in lounge,

location and view was just fantastic. spacious, washing machine was handy, shower was good

could do with a toaster, a clothes airer and a couple more heaters as we stayed NYE so was cold at night and no heating

Errm... The balcony was a good size and overlooks the beach.

ARRIVAL The keys were hidden in a secret location The location was such a secret that we did not know where that secret location was. It would have helped to get some instructions. It took 1 hour for our taxi driver and the rest of the street at the secret location to help find the secret and then try to discover the PIN number behind the secret key safe to find out keys. If your looking to get into an escape room, this adventure at midnight might be up your street however after traveling and have a delayed flight, this game was just too much for us. The telephone numbers for the apartments are not answered. Really bad start to the apartments. Communication needs to be improved for travellers, instructions on how to get into the apartment would have been good. AIR CON There is none, this is probably my fault I should have checked upon booking however did not realise it was still an 80s apartment and no air con. The 2 bedroom apartment had 1 bedroom to the rear which I guess could be used as a sauna if you like, however with the current temperatures in Benidorm unfortunately thats a missed opportunity for the hotel as no one really needs the sauna in July. We all had to sleep with our heads out the patio doors in the hope for the next wee breeze to arrive. BEDS Think this were bought with the old B&H coupons some years ago. Not quite comfortable however there was no doubt they are indeed beds as stated in the advert. We had to pack all the mattresses side by side in the one room together, to allow our make shift air con to work, i.e. heads out the window for air. The sheets were nice and bright however with each of us having a different coloured sheet. The pillows were almost flat, again that means there was no pillow in the pillow, thats a new one on me. They did however offer a sheet each should you require any bed coverings. I have much more to share but ran out of space here.
