The unit is beautiful in great location with beautiful view.

Customer Service could be improved tremendously. The staff at the front office could be friendlier and improve their communication skills when talking to guests. They are at some point rude and just didn't care. I have reported non functioning washer in the unit and had to call multiple times to get somebody to fix it. All they say is we will let you know or we will call you back. No call back, I had to call again to follow up. I requested for an early check in as we were traveling 4 hours to get to the place I was told as soon as the unit is cleaned we can go in. Standard check in is at 4. The unit has been cleaned at 1 pm according to the housekeeper. I called the front desk to see if we can go in the unit but I was told it isn't ready yet and will call me back. Nobody ever called back. We understand that check in is at 4 but they could have let us know we cant go in until 4 pm and not told us as soon as the unit is clean we can go in. Which has been ready at 1 pm. Communication is a major failure and their ability to talk decent to guest. The location and the unit is beautiful but the way the front desk deal with guest is very disappointing and frustrating.
