508 B The Upper Bungalow

I had a great stay at this property in Virginia Beach! The location was spot on—just a short walk to the beach, lively bars, and fantastic restaurants. I also loved the convenience of having parking and a private entrance—it made the whole experience easy and comfortable.

On the flip side, the stay wasn’t perfect. The lock pad gave me a run for my money—it was tricky to unlock, especially late at night. I also wished there had been a real person available to contact on weekends, because getting in at 10 p.m. with no help was nerve-wracking. The bed? Let’s just say it felt like sleeping on a cardboard box—definitely could use an upgrade. Pillows were fine, but I was craving an extra blanket. The kitchen water pressure was disappointing, and the air conditioning—well, it was loud, not so effective, and seemed determined to keep me up.

It was very convenient to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants

It wasn't the most comfortable furniture indoors and outdoor. There was constant police sirens all day and night but I do realize that's outside your control.

It was in a fantastic location! It had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay.

Floors were dirty and ice maker doesn’t work.

Great location, everything was in walking distant, beach included. Alot of shops an things to do

The only thing I didn't like was the shower curtain had mold on it an the bed wasn't very comfortable but besides that really great stay

Quiet, cozy and had everything needed. Very charming.

Sharing space would not have been convenient with a puppy. Fortunately the downstairs was unoccupied and we didn’t have to worry about taking the puppy around another unfamiliar dog.
