Brandnew, clean and comfortable, great location; silent and 10min walk from the lake.
Would advise a small boiler below the kitchen sink. Currently the kitchen faucet takes hot water from the main boiler in the bathroom; after doing the dishes, only 1 person could take a quick shower and ran out of hot water. If you know upfront, we could take that into account and hence did so the next day, but we had to realize the hard way.
