"とても眺めの良いホテル"

スタッフさん対応が良く親切。 窓からの景色がとても良く清々しい気持ちになりました。

お風呂の脱衣所の電気がついていなくて、スイッチを探さないといけなかった。 サウナの電気もついていなくて、スイッチの場所が分からなかったので諦めました。 露天風呂に入りたかったが、お湯がはっていなくて残念でした。

概ね満足です。 お部屋も広く露天風呂も自然を味わえて快適でした。 コスパもとても良く快適に過ごせました。 また機会がありましたら寄りたいと思います。

特にありません。 カーペットにシミがあるところが何箇所かありました。 あったのでそういったものも綺麗になるとより良いと思います。

チェックインの締め切り時間に遅れてしまい電話したところ、こちらが迷惑をかけているのに山道気を付けてくださいとお気遣いいただき、着いてからもとても丁寧に迎えてくれました。スタッフさんの対応がとても素晴らしかったです。大浴場も最高でした。

"快適な施設と対応、そこそこの食事。"

夕食は口コミの手をかけた洋食とは全く違うすき焼きだった。牛肉は美味しかったが、すき焼きを期待していなかったのと味付けが甘すぎて、がっかりした。
