到着が予定より早くなったがチェックインを早めて頂き助かりました。

外のお風呂が壺のお風呂しか入れず残念。 お風呂場の体重計が使えず残念。 周辺の観光名所とかの案内が少なかった。

コスパがとてもいいです♪夕飯も朝食も食べきれない程出てきます！野菜が新鮮で信州牛のステーキが柔らかくて美味しかったです。中国ご出身のスタッフさんと楽しくお話しできたのがいい思い出になりました！スタッフさんがおすすめしてくれた場所も素敵でした。環境も良く、静かで森に囲まれた景色に癒されました。温泉も楽しめ、大き過ぎないこのホテルが気に入りましたので、次回軽井沢を訪れる時もきっとここを選びます。

特にはないけど、売店の商品が増えると楽しいと思います♪
