Very comfortable, well equipped and clean apartment.

The apartment is very nice and clean, positioned close to city centre. Communication with the host was ok and I got all the useful information and advices. The city position is quite ok for someone who wants to visit locations both from Lombardy and Piemonte.

Located close to the station. Easy to find, great space.

Some tea and coffee would be nice. WiFi wasn't very good.

Apartment is within half an hour from Malpensa airport. For me it perfectly fit for late arrival to Malpensa. Just keep in mind Busto Arsizio has two train stations: Busto Arsizio and Busto Arsizio Nord. Apartment is located close to BA Nord.

Apartment is close to street and sound generated by transport was annoying a bit.

Clean, spacious apartment with communicative host. Check in was smooth and easy using lockbox. It's one stop from Milan airport on the train, making a perfect early morning or late evening flight. Cheaper than a hotel in central Milan.

Nothing - the room was absolutely perfect for me. Only thing to note for info is that the train station is called Busto Arsizio Nord and not Busto Arsizio. This is despite many of the station signs saying it is Busto Arsizio, and it being named as such on Google Maps, and it actually being located further south than the other and closer to the centre. Go figure! Just make sure to book tickets from/to the right one if coming from or going to Milan Centre.

Very cold, super cold, extremely cold - absolute irresponsibility and disrespect from the owner. Unfortunately, the apartment was not prepared and properly checked before our arrival. We arrived at 1am (which I warned owner about several times). The apartment was very very cold. The air conditioning heating did not work at all and did not help (heating at 30 degrees only blew cold air). In the morning it turned out that the radiators were not turned on by the owner, and some of them (in the living room and bedroom) were also closed. Apartment must be ready for the arrival of guests and checked by the owner. Interesting, that in the apartment there are a lot of warnings about the responsibility of guests, what they should do, how to clean up after themselves, wash, taking out a garbage, etc. and what penalties they will receive for non-compliance. But apparently the owner forgot to hang a reminder of his responsibilities. To be honest, I am very angry, this is the first time when me and my family, including my child, had to sleep in clothes in order to somehow warm up due to the absolute irresponsibility of the owner. And the last point - there isn’t even a simple tea bag in the apartment!!! It’s just a shame.

The house is very clean and everything was specified by the host..

The neighbours. They knock on our door because we are walking in the early morning, where we were preparing going to the airport at six o'clock.
