( doch sober ) appartement Consumptieve bestedingen doe je toch buiten de deur. Wil je dit in het appartement ook doen , dan lijkt het appartement ongeschikt

Ubicación ideal a 2 minutos de la playa en pleno paseo marítimo de la Carihuela. El apartamento está decorado con mucho gusto y se ve muy nuevo todo. Está a pie de calle, facilitando el acesso rápido a la calle sin tener que subir en ascensor. Las habitaciónes perfectas, los colchones muy cómodos, una de ellas con una segunda televisión. La cocina muy limpia y super completa con vajilla y vasos de sobra. El baño moderno, amplio y el plato de ducha con doble chorro de agua tipo spa. Aire acondicionado centralizado en todas las habitaciones. David nos recibió muy cordialmente y atento, una maravilla.

Lo único, y por poner un pero, la televisión del salón, que al no tener antena, los canales standard tipo A3, T5, etc...muchos iban por internet y no estaban dados de alta y no se podían ver, era bastante lioso el tema de canales con menús inmensos y raros. Pero vamos, sin importancia.

Apartment is a 2 or 3 minute walk from the beach. I loved that there was a large Aldi supermaket a 5 minute walk away, with buses outside it going to Malaga and Fuengirola. There are lots of other shops and restaurants from less than a minute's walk from the apartment. Although there is a bar literally next door to the apartment, it was so quiet, like it wasnt there at all. The apartment has great facilities - a single bed with trundle bed under it (2 singles) and a double bed in another room with Spanish TV. The lounge has a double sofa bed with smart TV with Netflix etc. The bed I slept in was super comfortable. I slept so well there. The windows had shutters on them, as well as blackout blinds, so every room, including the lounge, could be made pitch dark for sleeping any time. I loved that you have total control of the air conditioning and it is so easy to use. It had the place like a cold fridge in minutes! The bathroom is great - there are 2 shower heads in a very large, walk-in shower. There is an overhead, rainfall type shower and another, more powerful, detachable shower. The place is fully tiled foe easy cleaning. There is a hairdryer. I loved that the host left little kitchen and bathroom starter packs with eg cloths, washing up liquid, soap, tooth brushes etc. That came in handy when we artived late at night. He (Ivan) was there to meet us getting out of our taxi and was lovely and friendly. There is a great washing machine and drying rack in the apartment. We could wash our clothes every day. There are ample pillows, sheets and towels. 2 quilts. There is a microwave, tall fridge freezer, full oven - even a hand blender! There is a dining table with 4 chairs. The area around the flat is fantastic on the beautiful Cartihuela beach, which is buzzing with bars, shops, restaurants, water sports/boats etc. It is a short walk to the Marina (more shops!), Burger King (which my teenagers loved).

I found it very tricky to use the induction hob, because I have only ever used electric or gas hobs. I could not get it to work at first and even then, it was tricky, however, host Ivan responded to my WhatsApp text about it instantly and should me how to use it. I also found the strange EU toaster tricky to use at first. 😊 But it was fine once I got the hang of it. The dining table design is not the best, but it worked just fine. We loved the apartment .
