4 bedroom, sleeps 8, 30 seconds from beach, games table

Perfect location in Mumbles. Comfortable house, exceptionally clean. Owners were super helpful.

Maybe a bit more equipment in the kitchen, serving bowls etc, but that's all I would say.

Lovely home, great for 2 families or large family/friends group. Fantastic location walk to beach and shops easily.

It was all pretty good to be honest. Parking can be a bit of an issue but we managed to get parked most of the time.

The property was lovely and clean, certainly big enough for 7 adults and 1 baby, with the 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it was perfect. Everything was like new and in perfect working order.

There was nothing to dislike, however I would say top floor bedrooms not easily accessible for some.

The location is really good for wandering around Mumbles. Few local restaurants and bars very close by. The property was large enough for 8 of us. Nice new carpets throughout.

I personally found the double bed (two singles zipped together) not very comfy, and struggled to sleep. But that is personal opinion. The kids seemed fine in their beds. The pool table is good fun, although was rickety and we had to screw it back together. This is the only dining table and entertaining table so we had to improvise for more chairs. Ended up using a bean bag to sit and eat dinner at the table. I think this property is used a lot throughout the year. The kitchen cabinets are in need of replacing and one of the drawers fell out, it just needed some TLC. A dishwasher could be really appealling. There is space next to the washing maching to locate one and probably some more countertop space in the utility could be a quick fix. The property is in a great location, but parking limited and is first come first serve out the front. The first few days we had to park in the town at £15 for 24h. One of the cars we managed to park on the high street for free. I think with some refinement this could be a great property especially in the location. We knew it would be basic given the cost and the photos so we knew what we were getting. Overall served the purpose.

Close to all amenities. Clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms, clean and tidy.

Sofa in lounge was broken. Sat on it and discovered hole under cushion seat.

Location and house / facilities

Parking was an issue initially but was ok in the end.
