🪠Bathroom sink was clogged. 🚰Need better shower nozzle to control the water temperature. 🛋️ The living room couch was not comfortable. Nor very appealing 🌡️ There was no way to control the room temperature 🛎️ Both of the women who worked the front Desk were rather rude

That I had my own kitchen it was the same price as doing a hotel versus going there to the apartment, which I’d rather go to the apartment versus a hotel just nicer more comfier feels like you’re at home first at a hotel doesn’t feel like you’re at home.

Honestly, there’s nothing the whole list were really great. Everything was really awesome there. I would recommend people actually staying there versus going to a hotel. I would rather give them my money than a big major chain.

The kitchen wasn’t clean very well. We didn’t to use any of the kitchen equipment due to the uncleanliness. The bathroom was also not very clean. There are plumbing issues with the tub and sink, slow drainage. There’s also not enough towels for the guest. The condo was very loud couldn’t get sleep due to the location and the loud traffic noise.

I enjoyed the price and the availability during a very busy time for the City of Atlanta. Also, the owner was communicative during the very early hours of the morning. Finally, the condominium was very close to the Mercedes Benz stadium.

I didn't enjoy the area. It seemed very unsafe. I notified the owner, and the response time was great. It seemed like they were trying to resolve the issue --allowing us to find another property. However, they were completely booked. Please note: I had to research their property listings to find this out. I would've liked for them to be upfront and honest from the start (e.g. According to our research, we have no availability at this time. For transparency, here's the link to our site). There was security personnel for the first night. After coming home late the second night, the security guard was missing. Please make sure to lock your car doors because the parking is underground and it isn't gated. Anyone from the outside is able to walk down there. Once you park, you have the option enter the building from the parking area. There is a code provided by the owner, but most nights we didn't need it because the door wasn't securely shut. I was able to enter the building multiple times without the code. I even made sure the door was completely shut and was still able to enter without the code. Most of the furniture was dirty--including stains on the bedding. However, there were no bed bugs from our inspection. My partner and I couldn't enjoy the living room area (TV, atmosphere, etc.) because the couch and eating area seats were dingy. On the first night, I was very transparent with the owner that I would leave a very detailed review. This is just food for thought if you plan to book.

It is spacey, and comforting. I have a place to be able to cook, and store food. I enjoy that. And, the shower is fetch.

I was sweating the elevators. But, I didn’t get stuck.
