High tech equipment, abundant amenities and snacks, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, porch, large size rooms and bathrooms, all new, fully stocked kitchen and spices, welcoming touches, free parking in front.

Less firm bed pillows.

"A wonderful stay in Wilmington!"

We absolutely loved our stay. The house had absolutely everything we could have needed. The care and attention put into the details and decor of the place was wonderful. Communication was clear to help us find and get in to the property and the personal touches of water, snacks, etc were really welcomed. It was a great location with only a short walk into downtown Wilmington and the River Walk. Although we didn't meet our hosts in person, we knew that they were nearby for any problems and they made some excellent recommendations for places to eat and drink. We would definitely recommend!

We loved everything about this house. It was beautiful and clean. The hosts were friendly, thoughtful, and very accommodating. They really thought through everything a guest would need or want for their stay! The location was great.
