First - perfect communication. All questions where solved in minutes. Second - location. Realy 5 minutes from everything (except old town Vegueta). Third - attention to details. We found here water, oil, salt, coffee, sugar, spices, toys for baby, etc. Even beer, coca-cola and milk.

Living room is very noisy. Of course it is difficult to expect centraly located property in touristic city to be quiet. Bedroom windows have better sound protection, so you can sleep quite comfortably.

Noises at night outside

We traveled as a family of 4 (2 adults, 1x 5 year old and 1x 1 year old). The apartment is great - it has all the required facilities and amenities. The apartment's location is also great - close to shops, beach, and public transport. The host was very accommodating.

The apartment's windows are very, very thin and the apartment is right above a busy street. Because of this, the traffic noise is very loud, especially in the bedroom, and unfortunately, does not ease until the wee hours of the night (including honking at night). I would not recommend this to a light sleeper.

Great location. Everythig, even the smallest details were taken care of. Drinking water, Coffee, tea, beach towel etc.There is oven, dishwasher, laudry machine and you can even see the beach.

Traffic noice because in the city and first floor and Windows are paper thin. I had ear plugs so no problem. Some beds were too soft.

spotlessly clean. very gracious hosts. Ready to help when needed.

Just lovely. Room was large, bright & clean. So very accommodating. walk distance to anywhere. Will definitely return if I come to las paloma again.
