Property was spacious and clean. Staff was also extremely helpful if had any questions and also quick to respond.

The apartment was dirty, smelled absolutely awful! There was a sewer like smell coming from the kitchen and spreaded across the whole house which resulted in us not being able to sleep or eat. Wouldn't recommend or stay here again! Spoke to them about this after I left but they refused to come to a conclusion. DO NOT BOOK.

Instructions were clear for check in. Parking was available outside which was great. Amenities were good, plenty of plug sockets, extra blankets were appreciated, looked great in a picture but lacked quality.

There was no mention of the property being on the third floor with no lift in the advert. Only 3 sets of cutlery but no sponges to wash them. It took about 6 hours for maintenance to arrive (reported at 9am) to bring these and to fix bedroom light which wasn’t working. All furnishings were cheap, Sofa is horrendous. It was uncomfortable, extremely low, the cushions had barely any filling. The sofa moved so there was a gap between the two parts and my son actually hurt his bottom quite badly sitting on the chair because the pillow was so thin and it was made of wood underneath. Dining table chairs need replacing. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Clothes rail was falling apart, chipped dinner plates, stained and ripped towels, dirty underneath the bed and in the bathroom: only underfloor heating (no radiators). Communication regarding staying another night was poor. Had to chase this up and then told I can only book 2 extra days but seeing many reviews of one night stays. £150 damage deposit needs to be paid directly to the property despite the booking.com process.
