The place was very neat and beautiful

The plugs were not working, in the main bedroom the rain was coming from the roof. We did not enjoy staying there

The listing on your site did big state that we would be renting a privately-owned unit and not a resort-owned unit at the resort. Also nowhere was it written that the guest’s own vehicle would be required to go anywhere in the resort including even the restaurant; swimming pool; hippo hide, etc. There were no directions written in the unit on how to use the washer/dryer combo (or that our own soap would be required for it), tv (both remotes were required to turn it in) or even how the radiant stove operates (all the printing of start/knobs/ etc had been worn off). There were bugs everywhere in the master bedroom upstairs - bug spray should have been applied beforehand. There was no intercom in the unit so we had to make international calls to the reception desk to get any questions answered. Definitely not worth it!

Kruger Park lodge is a great place to stay at. The place was neat as usual. We had a fee appliance issues which were sorted promptly upon request.

The staff are all professional and friendly. The resort is beautiful and well kept.

The toaster wasn't working properly. A nespresso machine would be a welcome addition to the facilities.
