Property is absolutely gorgeous. Large pool. Bathtubs in every room. Fully furnished kitchen and house. Hated the idea of leaving the property. It's beautifully located too! The manager was quite friendly too!

The extra charge for late check-in plus the airport pickup was a little pricier than usual. Plus having to give a massive deposit (CASH ONLY) depleted us of the IDR we had carried. To be fair, they had send a long email with multiple reminders to inform of this ahead of our arrivals.

Such a nice Villa. Nicely presented. Rooms were so spacious and clean. Had everything you need and more. Even the optional buffet breakfasts and dinners. We unfortunately didn't make use of the massages and spa offers but will definitely next time.

Our shower wasn't draining properly. BUT, we had it fixed straight away. The staff are easy to get a hold of and communicate with.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Cucu. The pool was beautiful, the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were a real luxury, and everything was impeccably clean. The efficient air conditioning made it really comfortable, and the management team was very kind and fast to respond if we needed anything. Highly recommend it and will be back next year!
