"Annonce non conforme, piscine fermée depuis deux mois pour cause de travaux"

A proximité du centre, bon emplacement.

Plusieurs dysfonctionnements ont été constatés : porte de douche cassée, chasse d’eau et baignoire défectueuses, oreillers manquants, seulement deux petits ventilateurs disponibles, l’équipe de ménage prévue ne s’est pas présentée, et surtout la piscine était en travaux donc inaccessible

Buenas ubicación con parking libre en la esquina. Muy amplio todo el piso

Camas que deberían cambiarse, para nada comodas. El ir a buscar las llaves a una oficina en muy corta franca horaria y que te cobren por todo ya no va más en 2025

"Muy buen apartamento con un sistema de check in totalmente deficiente"

El apartamento está muy bien, con todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia en Lagos

El check in es impresentable. Es más restringido de lo habitual. Te limitan la estancia de 16:00 a 10:00, teniendo 6 horas para preparar el piso no lo tienen a tiempo. A las 17:00 llegamos y luego de hacer una fila de 45 minutos al rayo del sol, no dicen que aún no está listo, que volviéramos a las 18:00. Me temo que no fue un tema puntual pues vi por lo menos tres casos más y hasta tienen tickets impresos para compensar con una bebida las entregas tardías. El check in lo hace una oficina que no cuenta con la capacidad para toda la demanda que quiere abarcar. Una pena

"very very dissapointing - avoid this place if you want to use a pool !!!"

appartment was big plenty of room clean and tidy, a little bit tired in places.

the pool was closed for duration of our stay and look like it had been closed for some time, very disapointing as we really wanted to use it, it looks like it may be closed for some time yet!!! we were offered another pool but is was about a mile away which was unsuitable, the letting agent was not even aware it was closed???? when we asked for a refund they told to check into another hotel that had a pool and they would refund us the night/s were were not there!!! there was one chair on the balcony and another that was smashed and unusable, there was a washing machine but no powder or softner to use.

Well decorated and well equipped apartment. Very clean.

Very well equipped and the host put a lot of effort into it to make the guests feel like they are in their own home.

"Could use some refurbish."

Broken sink. The sink in one of the WC was literally broken! The place seemed to be locked a long time ago. Flies and mosquitos inside and some dust. Some rust in the freezer, yes… Rust! I can understand but… not fair for the money.

Mencioned above. All the rest great.
