This property was a short walk from the station - I didn't have to use bus or taxi. The only difficulty I had was finding it - the property was not well-marked and situated somewhat anonymously between two shops. I therefore had to telephone the contact number for help in locating it - fortunately I was very close indeed. The only issue I have was with the constant bombardment of text messages. I had been on the road for several days, moving from location to location, and was disconcerted by suddenly receiving a request to send them copies of my ID documents etc. when I was on a train with poor wi-fi. This should have been mentioned before! I could have done without all the superfluous 'welcome' texts asking me if I was 'getting excited' about my stay as they were' etc. It was also disconcerting to receive another text asking if I had 'enjoyed my stay' which woke me at 6.00am when I was fast asleep and not due to check out for some hours! Without all these text messages, I would have rated the apartment as a 10! The apartment itself was very good - very clean, well-equipped and comfortable - and to be fair, when I needed directions, someone was immediately available at the end of the phone when I needed to find the place. This really is a city-centre place, near all the shops and also a good Marks and Spencer so that I could go out and buy some food to prepare in the well-equipped kitchen area. There was no noise despite its city location and the proximity of other residents. The wif-fi worked well and there was also a laundry, which I did not need this time, but would have been useful if I had wanted to wash my things. Would I stay again? Yes indeed!

It was situated right next to the town centre and the room was clean and exactly like the photos, the staff were friendly and got back to me timely, had no issues with access and was pleasantly surprised with the room

Stairs and hallway areas defo need a redo, the apartment inside itself is still beautiful though. Would recommend adding more facilities such as shampoo and body wash and some more towels or extra bed linen etc.

It was a convenient location to the theatre where I was working for the week.

I paid for an early check in at 2pm. I arrived at 2pm, tried entering with the instructions I received but I couldn’t get the keypad to work. Called the number provided to be told it was broken and there should be a key box. I get the code for the key box only to be told my room wasn’t ready because the cleaners hadn’t been. I had to hang around on the city until they came to site and cleaned and I didn’t get in till 4pm. Check out was set for 11am, I got a knock on the door at 10:30 by cleaners to see if I was still there. The irony. Also this room backs on to a car park behind a shopping centre and it can get loud at night with people listening to music in their cars.

Close location to where we needed to be. Clean and functional simple decor & everything we needed.

Mattress could have been more comfortable. Entrance hall & hallway a bit more shabby when we 1st walked in.
