H11 JOLE'S HOUSE Sanremo - Mare

Aucune place de parking catastrophique !!!!! Perte de temps du séjour à trouver une place pour se garer ... Ménage non fait à notre arrivée, qui a été fait par la suite mais qu'à moitié ... wc , douche , sol non fait , seule les lits avec des linges propre était fait après le passage.

Apparemment manifique et calme tout est à côté magasin plage parc pour enfants

Pour être honnête rien tout est étais parfait

The location is absolutely great: I avoid more central location as it is more crowded and noisy. This place is situated in more green area with some beautiful villas around, yet close to everything: minimarket is 1 minute by foot, supermarket is 5 minutes of walking distance. The most important passegiatta- Corso Imperatrice - beautiful embankment is 7 minutes away. Beach is not more that 10 minutes. Same for cafes, restaurants. Shopping street is reachable in 20 minutes of pleasurable walk. The property is exactly is it is shown on pictures. One bedroom with big bed and big wardrobe, tv set, another room with two single beds and cosy balcony-type space to have coffee. Kitchen area equipped with everything you need, even the dishwasher liquid, which in most of the apartments you have to buy. But here is absolutely “no worries” kitchen equipment. Kitchen is very lovely, it has a big balcony with nice view on a neighborhood. It is interesting that apartment is on the ground floor, but the kitchen balcony is like third. Bathroom is bright and comfortable. Towels and bed linen are like in the very good hotel. Wi if worked well.

I have stayed in July and the only one thing I probably add is air conditioner. If the temperature will be higher than 25-27, probably it would be better to have it, as the simple fan is not a solution.
