"Horrible pathetic"

The hotel was pathetic to stay... I will never suggest anyone to stay there... Hotel staff were not cooperative... Service was very very poor...hktel arrangenmts for Gala night was really very bad they didn't even have proper seats for their guests. Hotel is over hyped.....and it's so expensive without any good services.

The serene surrounding and utter cleanliness of the place, expansive duplex rooms with a staff always ready to take care of your needs.

The drawback is that the resort cannot be recommended for the old or infirm because the entry is through a flight of stairs
