Fine for what we needed at the time, lovely view of the sea, having the Dvds stored there to watch was a nice touch.

A little rough around the edges. Couple things need looking at! No WiFi or internet connection, wouldn't normally be bothered but was a nightmare for me as I was only staying there as I was visiting my terminally ill Dad who lives nearby and I needed it in case he needed me at all

"Lovely location. Very quiet site"

Caravan nicely located with sea view and balcony. Bus runs from site to Exmouth so didn’t need to use car. Lovely coastal walk from site. Wonderful meal at place near bottom of site.

Could not use swimming + one other facility as site wanted £34 per person. This cost is whether you’re staying 3 days or 14. Excessive for a short stay.
