Room was not as shown in the add. Electricity button board was behind the bed. Not single queen bed but two beds provided. Fan regulator was broken. Clothes hanger in bathroom was broken. No perfume in the room. All this made inconvenient stay. 3 ⭐from me.

A beautiful and serene property with spacious rooms and great amenities. The food was tasty and served hygienically. The staff provided timely and courteous service throughout our stay. Cleanliness was commendable, and the peaceful location made it a great escape from daily routine. Would love to return again.

was a major issue. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom did not seem properly maintained. The linens also appeared worn out, making the stay uncomfortable. Second, the service was lacking. The staff was unresponsive and seemed uninterested in addressing concerns. Simple requests took an unreasonable amount of time, and there was an overall lack of professionalism. Additionally, the amenities advertised did not match reality. Certain promised facilities were either unavailable or not functioning properly, which was frustrating. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend 24 Baner if you’re looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves their service for future guests.
