"Passable"

Location

Not the room that was supposed to be assigned to us. Linens were not newly washed, seemed not changed from the previous occupants. Internet and cable were not working. We reached out to caretaker and owner but we were not assisted. Rice cooker is not functioning.

"Good Place But Bad Experience"

We like the location of the place. It's convenient but far from stores. Also, the place is so clean except the CR.

We don't like how the owner moved us to a different place due to a double booking situation. This is such a hassle when you already have check-in early. This stresses me so much because I have to work and have only to find out we need to go to a different place. Also, wifi sucked.

Location is good and accessible!

Description of " Two- bedroom Apartment" Consist of Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2 and Living room is totally Misleading to Customer. In fact there is only 1 Bedroom and shared space in the Living/Dining room for another Double Deck Bed. " There is no Bedroom 2"

"Good stay but needs improvement."

I like that it was accessible to the cathedral and session Road, it has nearby cafe located at the ground floor of the building. I like the helpful information personnel of the building..

Difficulty in communicating with the unit owner.. On the day itself, we plan to check in as early as 6 am. Since we arrived before 5am, we understood that maybe she was still sleeping. That's why we left our baggage at their storage area for a fee of 500 pesos for 12 hours. In fairness, she communicated with us, maybe around 7am to tell us that we can use an alternative unit and gave us a door lock code. But we already went to Atok. When we got back, I tried to clarify, if where we will stay? Is it on the original room that we booked or the alternative unit that were given. But no immediate response. Since we still did not know if the room that we booked originally were unlocked and we did not have the key. We stayed at the alternative unit. Unfortunately, the response from the owner was too late. Maybe this was all misunderstanding, however may I suggest that if the owner cannot take an urgent call or message regarding the unit because he/she was too busy, please give a contact number of his/her nearby caretaker for us to call whenever we have questions, clarifications or if there are problems that may arise while staying at the unit. Also, since it was an alternative unit, it was not totally clean and prepared for the next customer.
