Gofan - 1 Bedroom - St Ishmaels

Lovely location.

We never saw hosts. There was just a small fridge on the floor under a small dressing table and a kettle. Ice compartment of fridge didn’t work. Just cups, teaspoons and glasses supplied with 2 small bottles of water and a limited number of sachets of tea, coffee and milk. I would have at least expected there to be a small bottle of fresh milk in the fridge. We were there for 3 days, walking every day and needing to make our breakfast and packed lunches. It was difficult with no kitchen space or utensils. It was really just like being in a hotel room but with no staff and no breakfast.

More kitchen equipment, a toaster, some bowls and cutlery would have been nice.

It hasn't been cleaned in a long time, there is no ventilation in the bathroom – mold appears, the fridge has rusty stains, no heating regulation – it turns on at 3:30 AM, full of cat or dog fur – it was impossible to stay for a second night, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Location as expected, nice little walks near by.

Could have had basic microwave and toaster. Fridge location on floor. TV kept loosing signal as aerial lead was too loose, dirty marks on bed linen and sofa / pouffe had loose crumb type bits on them.

Comfortable bed, great shower, easy parking, quiet peaceful location.

Location was lovely

It wasn’t very clean, bed was not comfortable, bed sheets dirty, cobwebs really bad, doors dirty. Mirror in bathroom was filthy

location was lovely, very quiet and secluded. Beautiful gardens around, with a small church which is still in use. The room was spacious, and warm, much appreciated, with the cold and wet weather we had.

The accommodation is classed as self catering, yet there were no facilities with which to self cater. A microwave would be a brilliant addition. Perhaps breakfast bowls? Just something I noticed, although the accommodation is dog friendly, there were no references within the information pack to an emergency vet, nor any places locally to eat, which were dog friendly This would have been very useful.

Location is amazing. Beautiful.

Turned up - no wifi, no hairdryer tried to get hold of someone no reply. Bed really uncomfortable. Nice place a little uncomfortable in the middle of rainy winter.
