A proximidade da praia e da estação de comboio, permitindo mobilidade pedestre, perto de restaurantes e na zona residencial de Francelos.
Tudo impecável. A casa é muito bonita. Só falta, nos apartamentos, os 3 recipientes para a separação dos lixos: papel, embalagens e vidro. Penso que devem mencionar que o apartamento T3 fica no 1.º andar e o T2 fica numa espécie de cave, o que não é tão agradável.
