There were ants inside the unit. Cupboard in the kitchen smells bad. Water heating was not working. Sink in the toilet does not drain. Staff is too late to respond

place is complete, even sewing kit for my torn sandals...

the water heater is not working; we tried to use the electric fan inside the master bedroom but it was not working too, though there's really no need for us to turn it on because the air-conditioning is working well.
