If possible, better not to use wallpaper in the homestay, because once it’s torn it doesn’t get repaired and makes the unit look less nice. Overall the facilities are good, and the owner & PA are very responsive 👍. Just a few small things – the decor could be improved, and the floor felt a bit sticky when walking, maybe because after mopping with soap the mop wasn’t rinsed properly. One more thing, it would be nice if we were informed earlier that the swimming pool can’t be used. The kids were really looking forward to swimming, but when we got there the pool was dry and under construction. Quite disappointing since that was one of the main reasons we booked the place. Other than that, everything else was okay. Just sharing my 2 cents 😊

Overall the room was really spacious, really neat and tidy. The aircond and wifi were great and well functioning. I will surely come again later. Thanks for your hospitality 😄

The room was spacious, which we appreciated, but unfortunately there was a strong musky smell upon entering. We also found a hygiene issue — a big cockroach in the toilet and several baby cockroaches in the room. The toilet was clearly not properly cleaned. I didn’t manage to take any photos as I was too disgusted and just wanted them gone immediately but it definitely affected our comfort.

Another concern was the deposit process. We were told the refund would be made by 10pm which is quite unusual, in my experience, most places process refunds immediately upon check-out or within a short time. On top of that, we only received the refund after reminding them via WhatsApp. It’s quite inconvenient to have to chase for something that was promised.
