A-Frame @ WTG Resort w/ Hot Tub

Excellent location! Wonderful common areas and spacious comfy bedrooms. Beautiful sunrises! Close to slope area, but not too close. Super quiet. Lots of cozy blankets:) Sauna and hot tub were so delightful. We all enjoyed arcade games.

Nothing - all was great - but be aware of possible high chemical levels in hot tub, necessary I suppose, nature of the beast. Dark colored swimsuits may bleach out, silver will tarnish, easy fix though. Rules were not a big deal, just understand and respect them :)

Very nice cabin / house in Wintergreen right by the resort. The place is well kept and the Host Kathrina is easy to work with and responds quickly to communications. We did use and liked the sauna and video games. They had a few logs ready to use in the fire pit and the hot tub was fired up ready to go. They have rules posted in many places around the house to help them keep a very nice place.

Better lighting in the kitchen for one and maybe a better mud area in the basement for our shoes, our shoes were outside like asked but got rained on. If extra floor cleaning is necessary, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee. If the cleaning of carpets or rugs is necessary, you will be charged for the carpet cleaning service. NO parties of any kind. NO gatherings or celebrations beyond the guests booked in the stay. This is an AIRBNB & VRBO rule. If someone is not listed as a guest in the booking, they cannot stay or be in the home. NO photoshoots. No smoking, drugs, or vaping in the home or OR ON THE PROPERTY. We do have security cameras on our property as outlined in the security section of our listing to ensure the safety of our guests and property. One door bell camera and one just inside the main entrance facing down. Do not tamper with any security cameras or your reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave. No Pets of any kind. We cannot have pets in our home. These are most of the rules and some waivers promising not to hold them liable and other legal stuff.

It was in a good location, and had everything that was needed. But owners send rule messages after booking already threatening to kick you out like they have done to others. There was some leftover trash when we arrived that we had to put aside. We are to dispose of waste in the bins provided outside, but there were no bins. While I understand the owners are in recovery and wish them the best, I’m not lugging trash 2-3 hours home because there are no bins. We left a note, but it was a bit awkward because we had to leave it with the other bag that was out when we arrived. They need to replace the wine bottle openers since both were broken on arrival. Not a problem for us, but may be for others.

I don’t like liars. After our stay they are claiming bogus damages for kitchen cabinet stains. We didn’t use the house that much and cleaned up afterwards. I would not recommend this property due to the owner’s attitude in their messages, lack of taking out trash, and flat out lies. I have integrity and won’t pay for something I didn’t do. They will try to scam you. There are better cabins around with hopefully better owners. I would recommend giving this one a miss.
