Location was perfect

Excellent location as in centre of Bristol. Easy access to all parts of the city. Large rooms. Two bathrooms

All surfaces were tacky, greasy or dirty including tables, dressing tables, kitchen cupboard doors, warbdrobe doors. Stained rug in lounge had not been hoovered as there were crisps and other food debris on the floor. Other floor surfaces were unclean as shown by our dirty socks. No Wi-Fi on arrival. Resolved by phoning and having to reboot the router. Should have been checked before our arrival. Extremely dangerous light fitting in kitchen area with bare wire exposed from ceiling. Would not switch off or on whilst there and flickered permanently. Only one light in master bathroom worked. Insufficient number of towels left. No ventilation in either bathroom. Grouting needed cleaning in bathrooms. TV’s in lounge and master bedroom did not work. No connection to an aerial. Tried to find an aerial connection and so found behind the TV in lounge that area had not been cleaned in a very long time. Dirt, dust and other debris lodged behind the cabinet. Sofa in lounge had several large tears in it. As had the sofa in the master bedroom. Curtains were hanging from the pole in the lounge. Dead plants in the lounge area. Sadly the flat did not live up to our expectations.

Location was central. Check in was easy with keypad code

Flat was not clean, dust on all surfaces, hairs in shower on arrival, filthy stained living room rug, living room window lock was broken, unable to lock, and one window in master bedroom could not be locked. Wood and other rubbish behind small sofa ( ripped in three places ) on seat. Living room/ kitchen ceiling has patched repairs. TV; could not get terrestrial channels only streaming services. Mattress in master bedroom was very lumpy and uncomfortable.

Convenient location - comfortable beds, good shower, nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

In need of some upgrade - no blind cords for 2nd bedroom, curtains hanging off in living room, worn out sofa, inadequate information and cleaning was not great
