La personne qui nous accueillis était très aimable et à l'écoute

L'appartement que nous avons loué n'avait rien a voir avec les photos : il manquait beaucoup de prestations: il n'y avait pas serviette comme prévu, ni lave linge,, ni balcon, la vue n'était pas la même On entendait le train passer. Je suis déçue de ne pas avoir eu les prestations annoncées, mais heureusement dans l'ensemble c'est correct par rapport à certains appartement.
