Close to everything. The shop takeaways, pubs and not too far to walk to the beach. Also a bus service into Skegness on a regular basis

"Great base for a quick family visit!"

Very comfortable beds, had what we needed for a quick stay. Shop on site for tea, coffee, sugar and toliet roll so that was handy! Great location for visiting family in chapel St leonards and only 20 mins drive for Skegness.

We visited over Easter holiday so the site was extremely busy, could get quite noisy at night. A few rude people letting their dogs poo all over the front lawn of the caravan but the site cleaners were extremely helpful in clearing this up. We had no issues with the caravan itself.
