1414- Heart of Waikiki with Kitchen - Free Parking - City View

We have stayed at Royal kuhio in the past with a timeshare. We enjoyed the location and free parking was a plus. Also having a full kitchen for longer visits is nice. The pool is a good size and clean

The room does need some updating but for us it was fine because we venture out all day. The one thing I will say make sure you bring extra towels and wash cloths. We were there 10 days and only had 5 small towels and 5 wash cloths so we did have to do laundry a few times. We also bought extra wash cloths. 2 days during our stay Christmas Day and the next the water was shut off for a few hours each day and the garbage shoot was closed the whole time so we had to take garbage down to the basement which was inconvenient but we did it.

Perfect location right in Waikiki and a short walk to the beach. Nice city view with a slight ocean view through the buildings.

We really liked the property. The kitchen had basic items for simple cooking.

I would not recommend coming here. Super dirty and uncomfortable worst experience I’ve ever had.

Room felt super dirty sheets were super dirty musty smelled I would not recommend come

The condo location and customer service were good. It was convenient because there was a kitchen and a table.

The cleanliness was average, and since it's an individual condo, you need to bring a beach towel, and you need to wash and use the towels.

The location (center Waikiki), kitchen, free parking, balcony.

The condo can use a little upgrade, it’s very outdated.
