Close to beach and amenities.

It was not cleaned. Towels and bed linen changed only. Fridge and bin stank of raw fish. With fish water/juices in fridge. Sliding doors insecure and unable to lock. Fixed by staff using material to tie it up. What looks like human poo was between sink and shower unit in shower room. Told staff about it and they cleaned wrong bathroom. Not shower room. So poor remained. Bed in master was lumpy and uncomfortable. Broken unusable washing rack. The decking outside still had rubbish on it, including a pill of some kind.

Location of the site is very close to beach. The property itself was nice, good to have the decking area and good to have 2 bathrooms. Bedding was clean, as were towels, kitchen and bathrooms.

For our 8 person party the sofa bed in the living room was a designated sleeping area. The soft furnishings in the living room seemed like they could do either a deep clean as there was a distinct smell coming from them so we didn’t use it to sleep on in the end which did produce challenges in the sleeping arrangements. Also in the kitchen, the plastic cups were stained so we didn’t use them and could benefit from some more utensils for food preparation- had we known otherwise we’d just have bought our own. Maybe a full inventory of kitchen could be provided on booking? The extra cost for use of swimming pool and entertainment facilities wasn’t really justified so we just used the beach instead which was clean and not too busy.

Nice lodge, close to the entertainment hub and restaurants!

Clean , large space and close to everything you needed. Kids loved it and would stay there again in the future.

Clean and comfortable had everything you needed in it.
