38 Park Avenue right in the heart of IT Park Cebu, 55 inches TV, wifi, LOWER FLOOR on 5th floor

TV is big, bed is comfortable, bathroom is okay and some stuff are rusty.

The sofa cover smells like dog so bad. I have a very sensitive sense of smell, I am not sure if they change it after the previous occupant.

The accomodation exceeds filipino standards in this price level. Area of the Cebu IT park is clean and provides a lot of amenities (restaurants, supermarket, street market). In the building is a perfect gym and big swimming pool.

The kitchen drain smelled very bad when we arrived. Some equipment in the kitchen isn't in a good condition (dirty kettle, only one hotplate works).

Clean space, clean reception, clean area. good amenities. good security.

No parking space available. Not allowed to park, even temporarily park just to check-in, in the condominium 's vicinity. Had to park across the road and walk back to the condominium.

The location. It’s a short walk to everything. Shops, restaurants, bus station.

Staff of the condo are not knowledgeable enough for simple informations.

Clean, comfortable, great facilities, the finishing on the building is really great (which can't be said of all condo in Cebu), making it a really pleasant place to stay, and great value for the price.
