Perfect place to reach everywhere (disclaimer we had a car and did not use public transport). Not in the crowded part of the city therefore plenty of parking places nearby, easily reachable to the highway and therefore the beaches. We stayed at the rooftop, so we had a nice river view. The furniture inside is enough for a long stay. The house in general was clean.

The apartment entrance had a pretty bad smell for some reason. The elevators were really slow (slower than usual).

View is amazing

I loved everything about this property. It's a hidden gem. The apartment was spotless. There is tons of natural sunlight from the balconies. When both balcony doors are open, it gives you a great breeze. The location is perfect. Outside of the airplanes flying in and out, it's quiet. Close the doors to the balconies, and the apartment is soundproof. The property provided extra towels, bedding, and kitchenware, including silverware.  Bernardo and another gentleman were on site taking care of other business but stopped to assist me in getting checked in. Bernardo was amazing! He went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Once I got settled in, I felt at home. I loved the feel of this property. I will definitely be back.

If you point the shower head toward the back of the shower, it will cause a leak. I found that if you point the shower head toward the sink, it won't leak. There is water damage where the leak is coming from.

Best Coffee shop in Lisbon just around the corner called Parioca. Top flat whites, homemade carrot cake, muffins to kill for. Super friendly owner Romano who super helpful. It was our home away from home for a week. Areas mainly quiet. Easy access to bus, supermarkets, Sliders on both sides of the apartment allowing extra space onto the decks and river breeze, sunlight in. Great views over river. It was clean. Shower was good when it got going. Beds incl sofa very comfortable. Very good selection of restaurants just down the street recommend Armazem.

There were next to no extras to get you started and we arrived late just off the plane ie small milk, coffee/tea, shampoo, just toilet paper so come prepared. Also no instructions on what to do with rubbish, shutter operation, general info on neighbourhood cafes, restaurants etc Also brush & shovel to sweep up would be helpful. The left slider to the bedroom didnt lock which we informed the hosts and assume its now fixed. All in all a good experience
