"It was fine"

Close to a grocery and an amazing Michelin restaurant fairly close to public transit Fairly quiet

Not set up for 4 people Elevator was scary Coffee machine leaked Not enough TP or anything like paper towels

"Good"

Great location. The house was very comfortable and the layout was excellent.

Overall cleanliness. We had to wash all the towels and all the dishes as soon as we arrived. They were not clean

"Poor customer relationship by staff"

The facilities

The communication with the staff was very poor. Customer relationship needs to improve. After booking the place, it was hell getting the staff to acknowledge the payment and provide needful information to smoothen my stay.

A very clean, nice, modern apartment. Great stay with the family. Enough storage, comfortable beds, good appliances, nice balconies. We would definitely come back.

A little upkeep maintenance in the bathroom.

"Nice apartment, host needs to be more attentive/ efficient"

The location was ideal for the congress centre, the apartment was fairly new, very clean and initially seemed comfortable. A supermarket virtually next door was excellent. View of the huge flyover and partial river view. River just a short walk away 5-10 minutes. Nice area

Unfortunately there was no toilet paper and no toiletries as advertised in the description, we had to buy our own next day, thank goodness had some pocket tissues the first night, next morning, also the boiler broke down soon after we arrived (we arrived at midnight) the boiler didn't work our next full day, so no hot water, the plug sockets in one bedroom also did not work. Rodrigo the host responded after several attempts (bit of a battle that sucked up much time, he wasn't available for calls when we really needed him) unfortunately when he turned up he could not sort out any hot water for us. Eventually 2 days into our trip we were given a key to a studio apartment on the floor above so that we could get a hot shower so alls well that ends well. I think if Rodrigo had been better at responding to our calls/ texts and we had not had an issue with the hot water I would have rated the stay much higher.
