"Mold in second bedroom...leasing company unresponsive"

The location was great and the complex was nice. The Phoenix staff was friendly and helpful.

The second bedroom had water damage that had molded. The leasing company was not responsive when we reached out. The phone number did not provide an option to leave a message. There was also mold in the master shower. The main window was missing curtain panels making it impossible to have any privacy. If it weren't for the mold issues, this unit would be a solid 3 star option.
