Aroha At 2252 - Waimarama Holiday Home

This house is excellent for larger groups, providing enough room for everyone to have space as needed. It's well appointed and furnished with everything you might need - it rained hard the whole time we were there but it didn't even matter with the games, TVs etc available. It seemed as though the house may not have been occupied for a while before our arrival so there were one or two minor maintenance wrinkles but they were all sorted out really quickly. We appreciated the quick and friendly responses from both Bachcare and the owner!

We were a little surprised to learn there is no internal stairwell between the two floors. It was not a major issue but it's not mentioned in the listing or the follow up access information email.
