USVery comfortable beds. Decent place to stay. Decent neighborhood.
Many areas on walls with damage. Dirty towel in bathroom closet. Very minimal parking. Broke down cars and junk in backyard that we can see from the bathroom windows. 2 cars in driveway. Found an open can of Vienna sausage in cabinet with bugs.

The dryer didn't make very high piched noise when it was running
USI had somewhere for me and my family to stay during a loss of a loved one.
At the last the hour before arriving from St. Louis to Memphis my original home I was to stay have a plumbing issue and I’m forced to stay in a smaller unit or get a full refund, and was also told it’s the best deal im gonna get
AUNothing.
Upon arriving at the address I had to contact the property manager as he had not sent any check in details. He then advised the place was unavailable due to faulty plumbing however he had never contacted us about it and only told us once we arrived. He then directed us to another property a 15 minute drive away. This new property only contained a single bed despite us booking multiple beds at the original property. When I called the manager to speak with him about it he told me I would have to pay more for another bed even though I had already paid for it. He later hung up the phone on me and did not respond to messages I sent showing the booking with multiple beds that was already paid for. I requested a full refund as me and my party had to book another hotel for the night and did not stay in the apartments. We are yet to receive the refund. Poor communication and scamming behaviour trying to up charge us for something we have already paid for. Don’t waste your time or money here.
