Ubicado a 2 minutos del Ateneo. Amplio, limpio y comodo en general. Los inquilinos se preocuparon y atendieron rapidamente ante un problema que tuvimos con la cocina. La estancia ha sido muy buena en general( 7 personas)

La entrada desde la calle y la bajada hasta la entrada por escalera pequeña( estabamos avisados de ello). Habia olor a humedad al entrar y los baños suelen oler a cañeria y hay que dejarlas ventanas abiertas.
