GBExcellent location, max 15 min walk to the city centre. Great that we had free secure gated parking. Nice apartment with a balcony. Two bedrooms with 2 x double beds and 2 x single beds, as well as a sofa bed. Making it really good value per person. Would definitely stay again when visiting Birmingham centre.
Not really a dislike just a good to know... Having to collect the keys from a convenience store around the corner - personally would have just preferred a lock box and code.
MXThe place was clean and it has everything that you need except for toilettries, but everything else is provided and you have a tesco express walking distance in case you need anything. Location is good, 20 min walking from train station or 5 min by taxi for a very affordable price. Quiet area and closed apartment complex. Communication was good and easy to grab and drop keys.

MYGBAmazing communication. The parking facility is great. We have never stayed at a private property before however this was the most easiest experience and has given us the confidence to do it again. We left a couple of personal items behind and the team were fantastic with communication and we were able to retrieve our items. The apartment was clean and extremely comfortable, we wish we would have stayed another night. Check in instructions were nice and easy. This is a definitely recommended stay if you're in the area. We stayed with young kids and felt safe during our stay. We will definitely book again in the future!

SAThe apartment was easy to locate, and keys were received with ease. Size wise, it was cosy, not too big, not too small. Free private parking was available. It was clean and tidy. There were games provided. A lift was there since it was on the 4th floor. The location was fine but inside the congestion zone. The kitchen utensils and cutlery were provided.
Maybe a toaster would be a nice addition.
