I recently had the pleasure of staying at Muscatel Roma with a group of friends for three nights. Our party of eight had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to the warm and friendly hotel staff. Mr. Philip, in particular, stood out for his exceptional assistance, making our stay even more enjoyable. But elders, keep in mind that the hotel is situated on a 1-minute steep slope; for young people, it's negligible. I highly recommend Muscatel Roma to anyone visiting Darjeeling – a truly memorable experience awaits. I would rate it 5/5 stars.

Room and staff behaviour

Service boy was very less... kitchen hours should be extended

The bed, the pillow, the mattress, and the heater blanket was absolutely beyond perfect, I haven't slept so well in my travels in a while, also the room is on the quiet side and peaceful. Wifi was good to get some work done, there are tea and coffee station, and closets with hangers, all on all it was a pleasant stay.

Hot water in the shower runs for 2 minutes and it's gone That's all I got, i complained on my first morning and they assured me they will fix it. The next morning I tried the shower and it lasted 3 minutes and it was gone, the problem was never solved and I didn't get my shower. That was the unfortunate part of my stay.
