Let me say that the unit is beautiful with a stunning view. Our experience dealing with your business however is highly unsatisfactory. Upon arrival at 14.45pm on Thursday, we were informed by security that we needed a key to enter the apartment and that we need to contact yourselves. After numerous calls to your office that all went unanswered until the phone was eventually answered at 15.07 your office person apologized and gave us the lockbox code to retrieve the key. She also asked if we had received any instructions via email which we did not receive. She apologized and advised that she would send. Upon entering the apartment, we found the beds unmade, dirty linen, dishes in the sink, glasses on the table. There were no towels except used ones. It was clear that there were previous guests from the night before. Again at 15.31 I called your offices to advise them of the mess and sent through photos on WhatsApp, whereafter your office person again apologized for the embarrassment and called the cleaning service to come through. As the weather was 30 degrees and very humid, I attempted to find the remote controls for the air conditioning. Only one was located in the small bedroom but was a different make compared to the Samsung in the lounge; hence it did not switch on. Again, another WhatsApp was sent to enquire what is going on. At this stage we were boiling from the heat. No response from your company. 1620 another WhatsApp sent with a reply 3 mins later that you are investigating. 16.51 you sent a message saying that you are sourcing and weren’t aware that the remotes were missing. 18.09 you advised that you would source remotes the next day. Thereafter it was more messages and more empty promises and excu

That couch....

The location was excellent

The place was extremely filthy. The kitchen, the floors, the walls, the cutlery and dishes, braai stand, bed linen. The couch was unusable.

The place is not clean,the balcony was dirty,the doors and the floor. The bed was not comfortable even the couches are old and dirty

That it's just a min walk to the beach It's very spacious and clean

Location was good, lots of restaurants and shops around. Easy access to the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had superb views.

Parking is very restricted, not very easy to get in and out.
